All was satisfactory - nothing to complain about!

Parking was secure and available for free, which is always a bonus. The staff was kind and welcoming, which helped to make up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

Enjoyed a great New Year's stay with family and friends. the rooms were very clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast which offered a good selection of traditional dishes. the hotel was located in a safe and convenient area, within walking distance of popular attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The ventilation in the rooms could have been better, as we found it quite stuffy at times. the noise from outside could be heard, which was a bit disruptive, but not a major issue.
